If you order the product today, Tuesday, March 31, 2015 you will need to cancel your trial program before Tuesday, April 14, 2015 to avoid being charged. On approximately the 35th day from your original trial order date, and every thirty days thereafter, we will send you a fresh monthly supply of the product, and the form of payment you provided will automatically be billed the members only price of $96.32 per month. Please note: All membership cancelations receive a cancelation confirmation email that is sent to the email address that you provided to us upon ordering. If you do not receive a cancelation confirmation email when canceling, please contact our support department to confirm that your membership is canceled.
The 14 day trial period includes shipping and transit time. Customers usually receive their product within 3-5 business days of ordering. If you want to extend your trial period due to slow postal delivery or delayed pickup, please contact our support department so that we can extend your trial period.

We have a 15 day 100% satisfaction guarantee policy on all shipments. A FULL refund is processed for any shipment that adheres to our refund policy.
If you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return the unused portion within 15 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you for a FULL refund according to the following terms. To obtain a FULL refund, your return must be postmarked within 15 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you.
To return a product for an exchange or FULL refund you will need to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number by contacting the billing department at email@example.com.
An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the billing department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive a response within 24 hours.
1) We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."
2) Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.
3) To ensure a refund is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back.
4) Depending on the bank that issues the credit card you used, your refund can take up to thirty 30 days to appear on your credit card statement. Most customers see their refund within 3-5 days of our processing the refund. If you have any questions about whether a refund has been issued please contact our support department.
5) The product must be in the same condition that it was shipped to you.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.
Shipping and Insurance
The standard ground mail service is shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. With our Expedited Shipping Option, we will make your shipment our priority and ship these packages out the same day for all orders placed before 1PM Pacific Standard Time and the next day for all orders placed after 1PM Pacific Standard Time (packages will arrive within 3-5 business days). Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.
The insurance offered during trial orders only covers the trial package. Other shipments will not be insured unless you request insurance and pay additional fees.
If you believe that you have been erroneously billed, please contact customer support immediately of such error. You release us from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to us within thirty (30) days of its publication.
